Acuron Ocean Key Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

“Acuron Ocean Key” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to eligible participants who submit an Acuron Ocean Key form and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority or older in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees and directors (and their respective immediate family [spouse, children, parents and siblings] or household members, whether or not related) of Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC (“Sponsor”), or any of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on November 1, 2026 at 8:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) through December 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM (CT), access Acuron Ocean Key web property (www.findmorebushels.com) and:

  1. Complete an Acuron Ocean Key form submission by providing and submitting Entrant’s name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and role to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

The complete Acuron Ocean Key form submission will be referred to as an “Entry.” Someone who submits an Entry will be referred to as an “Entrant”. Once an Entry is submitted, you may not edit or resubmit with edits. No correspondence regarding Entries will be entered in with such respective Entry, except as specified in these rules.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Entrants attempting to use multiple email accounts or identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries received from any individual in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted or be eligible to win a Prize. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entry deemed to be inappropriate, objectionable content or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

IMPORTANT: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that your Entry may be shared by Sponsor in social media or viewed by the general public; therefore, be sure that you are comfortable with your Entry before submitting it. If you do not want your Entry to be made public, do not enter this Sweepstakes. The posting, sharing or publicity of an Entry does not imply selection as a prize winner in the Sweepstakes. CONTENT POSTED TO ANY WEBSITE IS NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER.

USE OF LIKENESS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby grants to Sponsor the absolute right and permission to copyright and print, publish, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, social media and the internet, at any time or times, my name, likeness, testimonials, biographical information (including, but not limited to, Entrant’s city/state of residence), any still or moving photographs or sound recordings of Entrant, and opinions of Entrant, or any portion thereof (“Likeness”) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes, in such manner and with such frequency as Sponsor shall determine in its discretion, in all media and territories, without further compensation or consideration (where permitted) and without further notice to or authorization from Entrant. Entrant further acknowledges and agrees that any materials that are created through the use of Entrant’s Likeness as well as the intellectual property rights associated therewith, shall constitute the sole property of Sponsor. Entrant hereby waives all rights of inspection or approval with regard to any recording, taping, reproduction, proposed printed, audio, or video publication, and/or other use of Entrant’s Likeness for any lawful purpose, including for advertising and promotional purposes. Entrant further acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor shall have no obligation to produce, distribute or exploit Entrant’s Likeness. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant hereby releases Sponsor as well as any of its agents, representatives, and/or assigns from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever, resulting from use of Entrant’s Likeness, including, but not limited to, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

PUBLICITY. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, and its and their agents to use each winner’s name and/or likenesses, Prize information, photograph, voice, and comments for purposes of advertising and trade without further notice, permission, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Grand Prize winner will be notified by email on or about the drawing date - January 6, 2027 at before 5:00 p.m. ET. The Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Forms within three (3) days of notification. Failure to return the required paperwork by applicable deadline or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.

GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize Winner: a vacation package valued up to $3,000 in the form of up to a $1,000 airline travel voucher for the Grand Prize Winner’s preferred airline and up to a $2,000 gift card to the Ocean Key Resort & Spa. Preferred airline selection must be made by the Grand Prize Winner by December 1, 2027. The trip must be taken and used before December 18, 2027. The winner is solely responsible for sales tax and all travel arrangements associated with the vacation package. The winner understands that Sponsor has no responsibility related to the use or outcomes of any of the travel vouchers or gift cards.

  1. Prize Restrictions. Any unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Prizes are nontransferable, non-assignable, and no cash or other substitution or exchange of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor as set forth below. Prizes will be mailed to the address indicated on each winner’s entry form. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes consist of only those items specifically stated as part of the Prize. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute each Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor for Prize items that the winner is unable to use.
  2. Taxes. The value of Prizes will be taxable to the individual recipient as income. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide Sponsor with valid identification and a signed IRS Form W9 before the Prizes will be awarded. Each winner will have income reported to recipient on IRS Form 1099, as required under IRS rules, and a copy of said form will be sent to the IRS. Each winner must contact their own tax advisor for any questions concerning taxes.
  3. Travel-Related Expenses. Airfare, transportation, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not expressly identified as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Guests accompanying the winner must sign and return release of liability/publicity prior to booking travel. A minor may accompany the winner as a guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for having all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or Passport and credit card) required for attending the event and staying at hotel, etc. Any difference in estimated versus actual prize value will not be awarded to the winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any related services or accommodations. Additional Prize award details and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. The winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
  4. Prizes are awarded “as is” and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers’/suppliers’ terms; therefore, winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Actual Prizes awarded may vary from those that are depicted in advertising materials. Any Prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRIZES OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE PRIZES OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES.

GENERAL RULES: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parent companies, joint ventures, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and the officers, directors and employees (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or use or misuse of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including, unauthorized human intervention, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) typographical or other errors in printing; or incorrect announcements of any kind; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible or misdirected Entries or Entries not received by the Entry deadline; or injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize. All materials become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Automated methods of entering are prohibited. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by a participant to exceed or manipulate the entry specifications and/or limitations, including by using multiple/different email addresses or any other methods, will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Apparent or suspected fraud, cheating, phishing, or spamming, or the use of any unauthorized method or automated system is prohibited, as is posting content to irrelevant or inappropriate sites, and, if discovered at any time will void the applicable Entry and will disqualify the Entry and/or Entrant (as applicable) in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that your Entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your Entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your Entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor or Released Parties may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your sole responsibility to review and understand your employer’s policies regarding your eligibility to participate in trade promotions. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize.

DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, all Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in the State of North Carolina; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

PRIVACY. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy (available at https://www.syngentaus.com/legal/privacypolicy.html) and these Official Rules. If you are selected as a winner, your personal information may be included on a publicly available winners’ list.
