        Benefits

Delivers strong Oomycete disease control, even under conditions favorable for disease development
Provides increased residual disease control in addition to protecting new and existing growth
Harnesses the power of two modes of action for better resistance mitigation
Offers application flexibility through its rainfast properties and opportunity for longer spray intervals

        Performance

Late blight (Phytophthora infestans) can destroy potato and tomato crops within a few days of infection, and downy mildew (Peronospora spp. and Pseudoperonospora cubensis) can spread through cucurbit, brassica and bulb vegetable crops very quickly. Controlling these foliar diseases early on is extremely important in protecting crop health and marketable yield potential.

Orondis Opti provides reliable foliar disease control across a variety of crops and target diseases:

        • Brassica: Alternaria leaf spot and downy mildew
        • Onion and garlic: Botrytis leaf blight, downy mildew, purple blotch
        • Cucurbits: Alternaria leaf blight, Alternaria leaf spot, anthracnose, Cercospora leaf spot, downy mildew, gummy stem blight/vine decline, powdery mildew, scab, target spot
        • Fruiting vegetables: anthracnose, Botrytis leaf mold, Buckeye rot, Cercospora leaf spot, downy mildew, late blight, powdery mildew
        • Potato: black dot, Botrytis vine rot, early blight, late blight

In addition to providing strong disease control at critical growth stages, Orondis Opti offers built-in resistance management when included in a season-long program. It combines the trusted performance of chlorothalonil (FRAC group M5) with oxathiapiprolin, the only fungicide active ingredient in FRAC group 49. Applying two effective active ingredients with different modes of action is an important part of any resistance management plan.

Make the optimal choice for your potatoes, cucurbits and fruiting vegetables this growing season by adding Orondis Opti to your disease management plan.
