GREENSBORO, N.C., July 31, 2025 — Syngenta announces Beth Ellikidis has joined the company as Director of Federal Affairs, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Beth joins the company effective July 21 bringing more than two decades of public and private sector agricultural policy experience. In this role, she will focus on a wide range of policy issues impacting Syngenta in the United States.

Beth was previously employed at Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where she served as the Vice President of Agriculture and Environment. At BIO, she led policy and market access strategies for the agriculture and environment section and she supported member companies pioneering innovations in food and agriculture, biobased manufacturing, and renewable energy. Prior to BIO, she was Head of U.S. Public Affairs at the global animal health company Zoetis and she has held senior roles at the National Corn Growers Association and the National Grain and Feed Association. Beth has worked on Capitol Hill, serving in senior policy roles for several members of the House of Representatives.
