Zachary Sweat joins Syngenta as ornamental territory manager

Sweat will support ornamental growers in Florida

GREENSBORO, N.C., USA, August 25, 2021 – Syngenta has announced the appointment of Zachary Sweat as ornamental territory manager for Florida. In this role, Sweat will work with nursery and greenhouse growers to implement trusted solutions for insect, disease and weed management.

“We are excited to welcome Zach to the Syngenta Professional Solutions sales team,” said Mark Brazinski, district sales manager for Professional Solutions at Syngenta in North America. “With his vast agricultural business experience in Florida, he will bring a wealth of knowledge and be a valuable resource to our customers.”

Prior to joining Syngenta, Sweat held sales positions for fertilizer and soil fumigation companies. Most recently, he served as a territory manager for ICL Specialty Fertilizers in Florida. Sweat received a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural education and communication from the University of Florida.

Sweat added, “I am thrilled to begin this next stage in my career with Syngenta and for the opportunity to continue serving growers in this territory. I look forward to joining the Professional Solutions sales team to provide customers with the latest innovations and tools they need for success.”
