When James talks to producers, it’s always genetics first. “I don’t ever try to tell them that this is the magic bullet to get them through the driest period of the summer, but we talk about technology quite a bit because I think we have the best technology in the industry,” says James. In his free time, James collects classic cars and likes to fish. He applies the same philosophy to his hobbies that he does to his profession: Both take patience, precision and a long-term commitment. He believes if you take the time to do a good job, to treat people the way you would want to be treated, the rewards will come. Return to Corn Hybrid Insights
